Return & Exchange Policy – The Vape Vault
At The Vape Vault, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below before making your purchase.
Damages & Issues
We ask that customers inspect their items immediately upon purchase.
If you believe the product has a manufacturer defect, you must report the issue within 3 days of receiving it.
To process a claim for a defective item, customers must provide:
- The original receipt
- Original packaging and all included accessories
- A clear description or photo/video of the defect (if applicable)
If the claim is approved, the item will be exchanged for the same product or an equivalent item of equal value if the original is unavailable.
Non-Returnable & Limited-Return Items
Due to the nature of vaping products and for health and safety reasons:
- All sales are final.
- No returns or refunds will be issued for:
- Flavor preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse or damage
- Items that show signs of extended use
- Opened or used consumable items (e-liquids, pods, disposables) cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for verified manufacturer defects reported within the 3-day window.
An exchange will not be processed if the product:
- Shows signs of misuse or damage
- Has missing parts, packaging, or accessories
- Has been altered or tampered with
The Vape Vault reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet the criteria above.
Refunds
The Vape Vault does not offer refunds on any product.
All purchases are considered final sale.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase items from The Vape Vault.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they meet the legal age requirement.
