Order Processing
Once an order is placed, we receive a notification and begin preparation. A member of our team will contact you to confirm payment details, delivery method, and any additional instructions before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Options
Store Pickup
Customers may collect their orders in person once notified that the order is ready. A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup.
Local Delivery (Kingston & St. Andrew)
- Orders are delivered by our bike bearers
- The bearer may contact you directly prior to delivery
- Sharing your live location via WhatsApp helps ensure faster and smoother delivery
Knutsford Express (Outside Kingston & St. Andrew)
- Orders are shipped to the Knutsford Express terminal selected by the customer
- Customers are responsible for pickup and Knutsford Express fees
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Valid ID is required at pickup
Shipping Zones
- Kingston & St. Andrew: Local delivery or store pickup
- Islandwide: Knutsford Express terminal pickup
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on:

- Delivery method selected
Any applicable delivery or courier fees will be discussed and confirmed before payment.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
- All sales are final unless an item is damaged or incorrect
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by third-party couriers after dispatch

Age Verification
